I have lived in Madison since 1996. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in physical and health education in 2002 and received my Masters degree in 2013 in kinesiology. Graduate school taught me that I want to be the bridge between cutting edge research the general population. Since growing my clientele at Pinnacle Health + Fitness, I’ve helped dozens of people increase their fitness and learn so much about their health.
In my spare time I love to train for running races and increasingly I’m interested in triathlons. I also like to spend time in “off-brand” hobbies like vlogging, blogging, and podcasting. So you could say I love media, especially as it relates to building a business, leadership and doing social good in the world. To that end, I lead a men’s book study every Wednesday morning where we read books about our Christian faith and what it means to be a man, a leader, a family person, and an active person in the community.
